You will receive 50% of the final sale price once your item has been purchased.

Your items will be priced after they arrive in the store and your consignment contract has been signed. Pricing is based on the condition of the item, research on similar items, and past sales data from our store.

Since funds are deposited into the consignor's account (the original owner of the item) immediately after a sale, returns are not accepted. However, we encourage you to re-consign the item if needed.

Yes, pick-up and delivery are available within the greater tri-county area for a fee, depending on the zip code.

To get started, submit photos of the items you wish to sell, along with a brief description of their condition and the original purchase price (if known). Once approved, we will contact you to arrange a drop-off time at our retail location.

Unsold items must be picked up after 120 days. Due to the volume of items in our inventory and the number of consignors we work with, we cannot individually notify consignors about the status of their items. Any unsold items not picked up after the 120-day period will become the property of Cool and Collected and may be donated. While we prefer not to donate consigned items, we must make room for new inventory. We recommend consignors mark their calendars to remember their pick-up date.
